I started Mike Miller & Associates because after 40 years in law enforcement, it became apparent that there was a significant need for a more highly specialized approach to working with families and teens in crisis. We have a core philosophy of treating each child with dignity and respect regardless of their behaviors. Done properly, the transport to a thera­peutic program will help your child adjust to the reality of placement, learn about the program and get coaching on proper behavior and attitude.It also provides them with an opportunity to connect with an understanding adult who is invested in their immediate and continued success.

The Mike Miller & Associates team consists of certified and expertly trained professionals who are all off-duty Law Enforcement Officers. Special­ized instruction in de-escalation strategies and crisis intervention combined with compassion, respect and encouragement allow our team to maximize positive outcomes with each individual child and family.
